- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and quality in food preparation and service -Overseeing and executing custom and special orders - Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain adequate stock - Collaborate to develop and update menu offerings - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area - Assist with food preparation and cooking as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with decorating cakes, donuts or cookies.
