For this position working on Saturdays is required.
Associates work at our front desk and function as primary point of contact for guests to create a welcoming, friendly environment.
This position facilitates the coordination of arrival, check-in, spa services selection and booking, and/or retail store purchases.
In this hybrid position, the Associate will work with department managers for content and then create/post updates on our products and services.
Experience working with Canva and basic video editing is useful.
Provide staffing at the front desk.
Safely greet arriving and departing clients in a warm, welcoming and service-oriented manner.
Complete client check in process and update system to reflect guest arrival In collaboration with all departments, create a seamless experience for all clients acting as a liaison with other departments when necessary.
Ring-up retail sales orders, and spa service orders and process payments.
Record client notes in Meevo (our POS/CRM system) in an accurate and timely manner.
Respond to client inquiries and/or concerns.
This is done by researching and facilitating a response to or resolution of questions or concerns by speaking with co-workers or managers and bringing client concerns to appropriate individuals who are best able to respond to client's needs.
Adhere to Policies and Procedures in order to ensure a uniform approach and privacy to client service standards.
Process all cash transaction in Meevo (our POS/CRM system) according to policy and financial guidelines with 100% accuracy.
Accurately book, change, and cancel service reservations.
Open and/or close according to our operating procedures.
Provide detailed descriptions of services, facility features, hours of operation, and maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well-organized work area.
Other tasks as assigned by the Manager on Duty.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND
Experience:
Ability to work Saturdays and some weekday daytime/evening shifts High School education or equivalent.
Experience within a hospitality, customer service, or retail role.
Demonstrated ability to speak and write fluently in English.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Professional appearance and presentation.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
